Hi, Hello —I’ll be your friendly neighborhood book devourer, cryptid enthusiast, and smut connoisseur.

I started this blog because I needed a place to scream (lovingly) about all the monstrous men, morally questionable mates, and why choose books that have completely ruined my standards. If it has tentacles, wings, claws, or multiple growly boyfriends who are also into each other? Count me in. If it doesn’t? I might still read it… but only if someone gets claimed in a cave.

I read an unhealthy amount of why choose romance, especially the kind where everyone gets a happy ending (wink). I’m here for the found families, the chaotic group dynamics, the slow burns, the fast burns, the “oops we’re scent-matched now” tropes, and anything that makes me scream “JUST KISS ALREADY” into my Kindle at 2 a.m.

A Note on My Reviews

My book reviews aren’t backed by a degree in literature or a long history of professional critique- they’re fueled purely by passion, caffeine, and my inability to shut up about fictional characters. I read for joy (and a little chaos), so my ratings will always be shaped by my personal preferences and icks.

Here’s what you should know: I’m not a fan of heavy bullying unless it comes with a massive grovel later (yes, I want the villain to cry). I don’t enjoy other woman drama or cheating storylines, and nothing makes me put a book down faster than cardboard character descriptions or awkwardly written spice scenes. These things will absolutely affect my rating, but don’t worry, I’ll always note them in the review so you know what you’re getting into.

Also, I have commitment issues with unfinished series. If it’s not complete, there’s a good chance I’ll wait to binge it all at once rather than suffer the agony of cliffhangers.

Basically, my reviews are cozy, chaotic, and 100% honest. So you’ll know exactly what kind of monster (or morally gray cinnamon roll) you’re about to fall for.
